Key Responsibilities
- Own the first level customer relationship for all BAU activities.
- Coordinate contract execution with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end Sales Order Process.
- Support regulatory customer and internal compliance requirements.
- Manage customer queries and complaints to a satisfactory resolution.
- Support Account Manager in relation to contract delivery.

- Ability to manage multiple small-medium size customer accounts.
- Effective handling of customer service inquiries and problems.
