Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries and concerns.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and feedback sessions with residents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and feedback.
• Organize and participate in resident engagement activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
