Key Responsibilities
- Deliver service and support to clients through live chat, email, and phone.
- Contact clients for account verification and funding support.
- Maintain relationships with higher value clients.
- Collect feedback from clients and report to management.
- Ensure client records are kept up to date.
- Handle tickets in live chats in designated languages.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in customer service and support.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with customer support software and CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
