The role aims to meet customer expectations by providing market-leading service and retaining excellent customer relationships, reporting to the Team Manager – New Business Servicing.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve targets to maintain high productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
- Meet customer requirements and maintain excellent relationships through various tasks.
- Demonstrate knowledge of relevant systems, products, processes, and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and work collaboratively across operational areas.
- Take responsibility for resolving basic queries from customers and agents.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent).
- Understanding of Insurance, corporate savings, and pensions preferred.
- Experience within an international and diverse cultural organization beneficial.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Digital Literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
