    Key Responsibilities

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent).
    • Understanding of Insurance, corporate savings, and pensions preferred.
    • Experience within an international and diverse cultural organization beneficial.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Arabic.
    • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
    • Digital Literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
