Key Responsibilities

  • Be the friendly face and voice of the laundry lounge, delivering a seamless and welcoming guest experience.
  • Answer phone calls, messages, and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with service options, pricing, complaints, and special requests.
  • Coordinate daily pickup and delivery routes with drivers/riders.
  • Keep digital and physical records organized and up to date.
  • Support the owner with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Skills in Admin, Guest service, guest relation, customer service, receptionist, front office, front desk.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle cash and digital payments accurately (if needed).
  • Ability to prepare daily and weekly reports.
