Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls professionally within a prescribed time frame.
- Distribute telephonic or email inquiries from members and guests.
- Assist guests with restaurant or club day pass reservations.
- Maintain knowledge of club policies and procedures, including emergency protocols.
- Ensure established quality standards and work performance are maintained.
- Represent the club professionally in all telephone and email communications.
Requirements
- Caring and positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Hospitality mindset with a strong eye for detail.
- Good level of spoken and written English.
- Ability to handle a large volume of calls for reservations and inquiries.
- Must possess high levels of integrity and maturity.
