Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams (field, technical, support) to ensure timely resolution and workflow compliance.
- Maintain trackers, update internal systems, and ensure all documentation is accurate and centrally managed.
- Assist with ongoing quality control, service follow-ups, reporting, and administrative organization.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or admin planning roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with confidence speaking to customers.
- Proven ability to manage timelines, multiple stakeholders, and service requests in fast-paced environments.
- Highly skilled in multitasking, time management, and problem-solving.
- Proficient in Excel, task tracking tools, scheduling calendars, and shared documentation systems.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning coordination across departments.
