Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Provide accurate information about tent solutions, event structures, and services.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams for updates and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and track all communication.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and service updates when required.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Support project-related documentation and scheduling.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients for ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service (event/tent industry preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Good computer skills: MS Office, Email, CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude.
- Positive and professional personality.
- Must be currently based in the UAE / KSA (as needed).
