Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support via various channels including phone, email, and chat.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a staffing or HR solutions environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing customer data.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
