Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the banking industry.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work effectively and maintain composure in a fast-paced contract environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and relevant communication tools.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail.
