Customers with their own transport facility can park their vehicles on two floors dedicated to the Medical Fitness clients of Bur Dubai Medical Fitness Centre located inside Central Mall (old Musalla Tower). Visa Medical typing services are available inside the center.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding medical fitness and visa typing services.
- Provide accurate and detailed information on procedures, requirements, and timings.
- Manage customer flow, appointments, and walk-ins efficiently.
- Ensure a hassle-free and positive service experience for all clients.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve minor issues, and escalate complex concerns.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service requests.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a medical or service-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with data entry systems.
