Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in healthtech or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for performance improvement.
  • Fluency in English and Thai is highly desirable.
