    Job Responsibilities

    • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, web chat, and social media
    • Triage inquiries and route them to the appropriate department based on urgency and complexity
    • Accurately document and communicate messages to relevant teams
    • Deliver tailored support and guidance to customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction
    • Maintain detailed records of interactions to support continuous process improvement
    • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, mailouts, and reporting
    • Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organised work environment
    • Adapt to additional hours or responsibilities during peak demand periods
    • Support team objectives by collaborating with colleagues and management

    Requirements

    • Previous customer service or call centre experience across multiple communication channels
    • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and call routing systems
    • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High commitment to customer service with a “customer first” approach
