Based in Sydney’s CBD (Martin Place), this full-time permanent role is perfect for a motivated professional with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, web chat, and social media
- Triage inquiries and route them to the appropriate department based on urgency and complexity
- Accurately document and communicate messages to relevant teams
- Deliver tailored support and guidance to customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of interactions to support continuous process improvement
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, mailouts, and reporting
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organised work environment
- Adapt to additional hours or responsibilities during peak demand periods
- Support team objectives by collaborating with colleagues and management
Requirements
- Previous customer service or call centre experience across multiple communication channels
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and call routing systems
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High commitment to customer service with a “customer first” approach
- Ability to learn and apply company policies, products, and services quickly
