Key Responsibilities
- Respond immediately to leads via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Register athletes and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule and follow up on training sessions.
- Follow up on payments and update payment status.
- Manage data and reports using Excel and Zoho.
- Coordinate with coaches and internal teams.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Excel (mandatory).
- Experience with Zoho is a strong advantage.
- Ability to respond to leads immediately and follow up consistently.
- Experience in athlete registration, scheduling, and session follow-ups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
