Requirements

  • Associate level experience, preferably 2 years+ in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, suitable for US clientele.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
