Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular training sessions.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues efficiently and professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction and experience.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service leadership or supervisory role.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, train, and develop a team.
- Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and standard office applications.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is highly preferred for this location.
