    Key Responsibilities

    • Follow guidelines to answer customer requests and promote alternative products.
    • Refer customers to support portals and forums for accurate and prompt answers.
    • Provide high-quality technical support regarding Kaspersky products and services.
    • Professionally communicate with customers to quickly respond to inquiries.
    • Manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and research root causes.
    • Escalate requests to higher support levels according to internal procedures.

    Requirements

    • Basic knowledge in MS SharePoint, MS Teams, and MS Exchange.
    • Proficiency in MS SQL and Microsoft OS (Server 2008+ and Windows 7+).
    • Understanding of corporate networking infrastructures, including DNS and AD structure.
    • Troubleshooting skills including analyzing logs, traces, and dump files.
    • Higher education in IT, Information Systems, or Computer Science field.
    • Customer and service-oriented thinking with conflict resolution skills.
