As a Customer Success Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional client experiences across Prenetics’ brands — IM8, Europa, and CircleDNA. The role requires adaptability, initiative, and passion to serve global customers during weekend and US business hours while driving conversions, resolving inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify customer needs and communicate product offerings, personalized recommendations, and value propositions to convert prospects into customers.
    • Manage pre-sales inquiries, follow up with leads, and build strong rapport to enhance conversion rates.
    • Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally, ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
    • Maintain updated product knowledge and stay informed of new developments.
    • Advocate for customers by sharing feedback and insights with internal teams for continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with management and other departments to escalate and resolve critical issues promptly.
    • Utilize tools like Gorgias, Google Sheets, and Slack for effective communication and support.
    • Assist in general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as directed by the manager.

    Requirements

    • Availability to work weekends and US hours (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday or as assigned).
    • Experience in pre-sales or customer support, ideally in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer settings.
    • Sales-driven mindset with strong communication and persuasion skills.
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus (mandatory to interact with Chinese-speaking clients).
    • Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and high emotional intelligence.
    • Prior experience with Amazon, TikTok, or chat-based sales platforms is preferred.
    • Familiarity with health, wellness, or tech industries is an advantage.
    • Proactive and adaptable personality suited to a startup environment.
