Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and identifying opportunities.
- Review customer journeys to overcome issues and achieve goals, providing necessary support.
- Implement strategies to expand accounts, increase retention, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Offer product solutions to address customer pain points and find business expansion opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to forecast customer needs and suggest relevant product features.
- Maintain open communication between internal and external teams to achieve targets and update customer success metrics.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS customer success, account management, or strategic consulting.
- Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in FinTech with a good understanding of accounting software.
- Proficiency in using customer success software, CRM software, and Microsoft/Google Workspace suites.
- Relationship management skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
