Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Demonstrable experience within the Banking and Financial Services industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and client management tools.
