Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture strong relationships with key clients and creators.

  • Monitor client performance, identify trends, and proactively address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to enhance customer experience and platform features.
  • Drive renewal rates and identify upsell opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Provide training and support to clients to maximize their use of the platform.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably in SaaS or influencer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing and creator economy landscape.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer success tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-centric approach.
