Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and administrative support to users.

  • Assist clients with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and trading platform navigation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Escalate complex problems to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or an administrative role, preferably in financial services.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
