Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support via various communication channels (e.g., chat, email, phone) in English.
- Assist players with inquiries related to sports betting, eSports, casino games, and platform features.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of VBET’s products, services, promotions, and company policies.
- Work flexible mixed shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to ensure continuous service coverage.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
