Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional post-sales and post-installation customer support for photovoltaic systems.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Communicate effectively and empathetically in fluent Italian with customers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and installation departments, to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian language skills, both spoken and written, are essential.
  • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably within the energy or photovoltaic sector.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
