Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional post-sales and post-installation customer support for photovoltaic systems.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues efficiently and professionally.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically in fluent Italian with customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and installation departments, to resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Fluent Italian language skills, both spoken and written, are essential.
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably within the energy or photovoltaic sector.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
