    Plus500™, a global fintech leader, is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join its Haifa office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved promptly and effectively. The position requires both excellent customer service skills and the ability to address technical issues, including escalations, system bugs, and customer complaints.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Handle customer inquiries via multiple communication channels in English/Hebrew
    • Provide first-line support and escalate technical issues when necessary
    • Collaborate with internal departments to investigate and resolve complex cases
    • Troubleshoot system-related issues and support product usage
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with timely and empathetic support
    • Apply sound judgment to resolve issues within company guidelines

    Requirements

    • High-level written English and/or Hebrew with excellent communication skills
    • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on satisfaction
    • Patience and empathy when handling customer concerns
    • Problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability
    • Basic understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting
    • Ability to multitask and manage several inquiries simultaneously
    • Team player with strong collaboration skills
    • Previous experience in a similar support role (preferred)
