Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage the identification and mitigation of cybersecurity risks.
- Ensure adherence to relevant industry regulations, standards, and internal policies.
- Prepare and present GRC reports to stakeholders, outlining security posture and compliance status.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to embed security best practices into development lifecycles.
- Stay current with evolving cybersecurity threats, technologies, and regulatory landscapes.
Requirements
- Proven experience (7 years preferred) in cybersecurity GRC, risk management, or compliance roles.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISM, CRISC, CISA) are a plus.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
