    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests.
    • Monitor for security breaches and respond to cyber incidents effectively.
    • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security into product development lifecycle.
    • Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats and technologies.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Specialist or similar role, preferably in aerospace or defense.
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
    • Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS).
    • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve security vulnerabilities.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
