Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and other analytical tools.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Identify and define new process improvement opportunities for data management.
- Present findings in a clear, concise manner to diverse stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role (5 Year+ experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
- A keen eye for detail and ability to work with large, complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
