Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.
- Coordinating with facilities staff to ensure all facility equipment runs properly and efficiently.
- Reporting any issues with data center performance or equipment malfunctions to management.
- Managing hardware decommissioning, rack moves, and services migration within various Data Centers.
- Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and guidelines for Data Center Operation.
- Supervising maintenance, installation, and updates of data center systems, both physical and software.
Requirements
- Experience range in the range of 8 to 15 years.
- Strong understanding of data center operations and maintenance.
- Ability to identify and communicate risks and work on mitigation plans.
- Experience in vendor management processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP & Extensions).
- Knowledge of data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
