Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
• Perform routine checks, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and escalate complex problems.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, security protocols, and industry best practices.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and decommissioning of data center equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of data center assets, configurations, and operational activities.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery efforts to ensure system uptime and data integrity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data center operations or IT infrastructure management at a mid-senior level.
• Strong understanding of server hardware, networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN), and operating systems (Linux, Windows).
• Ability to efficiently troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for team-based operations.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of data center security, reliability, and performance.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA Data+, ITIL, network certifications) are a plus.
