    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor data center infrastructure and systems for optimal performance.
    • Perform basic hardware installation, troubleshooting, and replacement.
    • Assist with cabling, racking, and stacking of servers and network equipment.
    • Respond to and resolve tickets related to hardware and network issues.
    • Ensure strict compliance with data center policies and security procedures.
    • Provide essential Smart Hands and Remote Hands support as needed.
