Key Responsibilities
- Monitor data center infrastructure and systems for optimal performance.
- Perform basic hardware installation, troubleshooting, and replacement.
- Assist with cabling, racking, and stacking of servers and network equipment.
- Respond to and resolve tickets related to hardware and network issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with data center policies and security procedures.
- Provide essential Smart Hands and Remote Hands support as needed.
