Key Responsibilities
- Check tourist invoices and ensure approval by the relevant team.
- Enter invoices into an Excel file on a daily and weekly basis, capturing necessary information.
- Ensure payments to tourists are processed regularly and perform follow-ups as needed.
- Perform weekly reconciliations to ensure all data has been recorded and accounted for.
- Prepare weekly reports containing tourist-related information and submit to management.
- Assist in preparing monthly invoices and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Arabic and English written and spoken skills.
- Bachelors Degree with minimum 1-year experience in data entry.
- High words-per-minute (WPM) rate with minimal errors.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
