• Reporting: Create and update daily, weekly, and monthly Excel reports.

• Administrative Support: Assist with data-related tasks and reporting requests.
• Collaboration: Work with different departments to provide accurate information.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organised records in line with internal procedures.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information professionally.
• Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to data entry workflows and templates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, formatting).
• Familiarity with MS Office and database or CRM systems is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail with large datasets.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
