Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract high-caliber data professionals including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Data Analysts.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation and closing.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team’s needs and build effective recruiting strategies.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
- Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and improve recruiting processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Recruiter, ideally within a fast-paced tech or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts related to data roles and analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
