Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract high-caliber data professionals including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Data Analysts.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation and closing.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team’s needs and build effective recruiting strategies.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
• Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and improve recruiting processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Recruiter, ideally within a fast-paced tech or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts related to data roles and analytics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
