Job Overview
Bacardi is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to prepare supply chain KPI reports, coordinate forecast submissions with the commercial team, and follow up on open orders and shipment plans. This role requires maintaining governance of forecasting and inventory management, proactive monitoring for allocation management, and supporting all steps of the S&OP process. This is a 12-month fixed-term role with potential for renewal.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate 3rd party distributor inventory reports for monthly reporting.
- Collect and integrate monthly depletion forecast, inventory data, and in-transits for distributor markets.
- Follow up with the CSR team for open orders status, shipment plans, and in-transit tracking.
- Prepare monthly reports and presentations for Supply Chain KPIs visibility.
- Support Master Data maintenance related tasks.
- Liaise with Finance team for data inputs as and when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain / Demand Planning / Distribution processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
- Experience of IBP / BI / ERP / SAP is required.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
