Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the aviation maintenance support team, ensuring operational excellence.

Requirements
- Proven, extensive experience in a senior technical or maintenance leadership role within the aviation sector.
- Strong, in-depth knowledge of aviation maintenance regulations and stringent safety standards.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Relevant technical certifications or a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in using maintenance planning software and advanced systems.
