Key Responsibilities

• Effectively liaise & coordinate with the Design team, Principals, Consultants, Landlords, and clients in design planning.
• Provide Projects team with all necessary drawings, specifications, schedules & status of statutory & other approval.
• Assist in detailed design development of given projects, monitor progress, and offer suggestions on design amendments or improvements.
• Thoroughly review all allocated retail brand manuals / project Design applications and ensure compliance on site.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings between client, subcontractors, and execution team.
• Conduct regular site visits for observations and ensure compliance checks on previously reviewed design work, as well as generate design review reports.

Requirements

• 2 -5 years of experience in operating AutoCAD with thorough expertise & knowledge to solve design and project execution problems.
• Degree in Architecture with good knowledge of preparing Concept/Detail drawings and designs gained through training or work experience, preferably in construction / interior fit out projects.
