Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure system uptime.
  • Assist users with software installations, updates, and general IT inquiries.
  • Document technical procedures and resolutions for future reference.
  • Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a desktop support or IT helpdesk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and basic troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Associate level experience in IT support.
