    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide first and second-level technical support for desktop hardware and software issues.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve user incidents related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
    • Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of client devices (laptops, desktops, mobile).
    • Assist in managing device lifecycle and inventory for end-user equipment.
    • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in desktop support or a similar IT support role.
    • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
    • Familiarity with network concepts, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
    • Capable of working independently and as part of a dynamic team.
