Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support for desktop hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user incidents related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of client devices (laptops, desktops, mobile).
- Assist in managing device lifecycle and inventory for end-user equipment.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in desktop support or a similar IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with network concepts, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a dynamic team.
