    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to drive technical excellence and innovation.
    • Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines for various applications and services.
    • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.
    • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
    • Collaborate closely with development, operations, and QA teams to foster a strong DevOps culture.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery and backup strategies.

    Requirements

    • Extensive experience in a DevOps leadership or management role, preferably in a high-traffic environment.
    • Strong expertise with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
    • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
    • Demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) and version control systems (Git).
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to drive continuous improvement and foster a collaborative team environment.
