Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop personalized care plans for clients.
- Deliver evidence-based dietetic interventions via telehealth and in community settings.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
- Work effectively with NDIS participants, support coordinators, and private clients.
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans to achieve optimal health outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with professional standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics or Nutrition.
- AHPRA registration as a Dietitian.
- Minimum 5 years of post-registration experience, preferably in telehealth or community settings.
- Demonstrated experience working with NDIS participants is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
