Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all digital content aligns with McKinsey’s brand standards, editorial guidelines, and strategic objectives.
• Manage the content production workflow from conception to publication, adhering to deadlines.
• Optimize digital content for various platforms, including web, social media, and email, to maximize reach and impact.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital content creation and strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Content Producer or in a similar content creation role, preferably within a professional services or B2B environment.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a strong portfolio of digital content.
• Ability to understand complex business topics and simplify them for a broad audience.
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, impactful content.
