    Job Overview

    SABIL, a subsidiary of SALIC Group and part of the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF), is seeking a Digital Content Senior Specialist to join its HQ in Riyadh.

    In this role, you will drive the organization’s digital content strategy, ensuring engaging, high-quality, and audience-focused content across web, social, and digital platforms. You’ll play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, boosting digital engagement, and supporting Saudi Arabia’s food security mission.

    Job Responsibilities

    Digital Content Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and implement digital content strategies aligned with communication goals.
    • Create, curate, and publish content (web, social media, video, infographics).
    • Manage and update the digital content calendar.
    • Optimize content for SEO and digital platforms.
    • Use storytelling to strengthen brand identity and engagement.

    Platform Management & Optimization

    • Manage content across websites, social media, and email tools.
    • Ensure web layouts are user-friendly and visually appealing.
    • Conduct audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand alignment.
    • Stay updated on digital trends and recommend innovations.

    Analytics & Performance Monitoring

    • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights) to measure performance.
    • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve content strategies.
    • Monitor online conversations to track audience sentiment.

    Policies, Procedures & KPIs

    • Support development of content policies, guidelines, and KPIs.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 4 years’ experience in digital content creation or management.
    • Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or similar).
    • Strong knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
