Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging visual content for digital platforms, including websites, applications, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and align with project goals.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design assets and ensure visual integrity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design tools to propose innovative solutions.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Graphic Designer or in a similar role within a digital environment.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects and creative problem-solving.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user experience (UX) best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced international team.
- Good communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions clearly.
