    Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to support the hotel’s overall marketing strategy with a focus on brand.com performance, Food & Beverage and rooms campaigns, social media, and digital analytics. This role is responsible for developing the resort’s digital presence and driving traffic, engagement, and conversions across key channels, ensuring all content is on-brand and aligned with Rotana Hotel Management Corporation guidelines.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Develop and plan engaging content across social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
    • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    • Assist with the preparation of EDMs (copy, images, links, testing) in coordination with the Director of Marketing.
    • Support the tracking and reporting of key KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions, ROAS, etc.).

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
    • 1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality, travel, Food & Beverage, or lifestyle industries.
    • Basic understanding of social media platforms and best practices, email marketing and CRM basics, website content management and SEO fundamentals, online advertising concepts.
    • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and convert insights into action.
    • Strong writing skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
