Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute data-driven lead generation campaigns across digital platforms.
• Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Optimize SEO & SEM strategies for maximum online visibility.
• Create engaging content: blogs, videos, social media posts, and newsletters.
• Leverage real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) for lead generation.
• Track leads using CRM systems and collaborate with sales for timely follow-ups.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in lead generation and real estate marketing in the UAE.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong SEO, SEM, and analytics skills (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
• Experience in CRM and marketing automation tools (LeadRat,HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
• Content creation and social media management skills.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a UAE real estate company (required).
