Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a designated room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and age-appropriate learning environment.
  • Implement and deliver Mini Masterminds’ innovative early learning program and curriculum effectively.
  • Foster positive, respectful, and collaborative relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
  • Observe, assess, and document children’s developmental progress and learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the center director and team members to ensure adherence to high-quality care and educational standards.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, National Quality Framework (NQF), and company policies.

Requirements

  • Relevant Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their holistic development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators.
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid certificate, or willingness to obtain.
