Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic business excellence frameworks and initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and foster a culture of operational efficiency across all departments.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure adherence to high standards of quality and service.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for process optimization and digital transformation.
• Champion best practices in business process management, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and mentor teams to enhance their capabilities in driving excellence and innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role focused on business excellence, quality management, or strategic operations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business improvement strategies successfully.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing diverse teams.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) and relevant methodologies.
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree or professional certifications are highly preferred.
