DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre) is seeking a Director – Community Management to provide strategic leadership for the development and improvement of DMCC’s Community Management strategy. The role involves overseeing infrastructure, facilities, and public realm management to ensure world-class community living and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term vision for Community Management.
• Oversee the formulation and execution of strategic plans.
• Provide subject matter expertise and counsel to DMCC’s leadership.
• Manage the achievement of division objectives through effective leadership.
• Approve the overarching community management strategy.
• Authorize community management guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in community management or large-scale urban operations.
• At least 7–10 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Local Authority regulations.
