    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
    • Ensure compliance with local and national accounting standards and regulations in Colombia.
    • Prepare and publish timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Coordinate and direct the preparation of budget and financial forecasts.
    • Manage and monitor all internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
    • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an Accounting Director or similar senior financial role.
    • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (IFRS, Colombian GAAP).
    • Experience with financial reporting requirements.
    • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
